New session for First Place 4 Health.  Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?   First Place 4 Health is a Christ-centered weight loss / healthy living program that seeks to help us put Christ first in every area of our lives.  We are now offering two possible meeting times during the week. 

FIRST PLACE 4 HEALTH winter session begins Monday, January 8 at 6:45 pm.

Body and Soul Fitness

There will be a new session of Body and Soul Fitness offered beginning Monday, March 5 and will go on through March 29.  The class meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
