Small Groups are called Community Groups!
Why Community Groups?
At GracePoint Church, we want each person to feel a part of our church family while growing deeper in relationship with Jesus Christ, and because of this, small groups are the centerpiece of GracePoint to make disciples. We call our small groups, “Community Groups”, because we believe that people grow best in community with others.
What is a Community Group?
Community Groups typically meet weekly, some biweekly, and are facilitated by trained leaders. This year we are doing sermon-based small groups. Community Groups also seek opportunities to serve one another, to serve other ministries in our church and to serve in the community. We want Community Groups to accomplish these goals as they do life together (1) develop strong, healthy relationships that result in spiritual mentoring and lifelong friendships (2) pray for one another (3) share and receive loving concern about the issues that each individual of the group is facing.
How do I join a Community Group?
Just stop by the Welcome Center in our church foyer and let us know that you want to be part of a Community Group or leave your information below and we will help you find a group that is aligned with your season of life and help you connect with God and with others.
